✔️ No new damage has occurred.
✔️ Included appliances, fixtures, and other items are still there.
✔️ Any agreed-upon repairs have been completed.
✔️ The seller has removed their belongings, unless otherwise agreed.
If something isn't right, it's important to identify it before closing, so your Realtor® and lawyer can work together to determine the best way to address the issue. Depending on the situation, solutions may include repair agreements, holdbacks, compensation, or other adjustments before the transaction is completed.
